WORKSHOP QUESTIONS

How many attendees are allowed per workshop?
We believe that hands on training is the best for of learning and with a large class size, sometimes you don't receive that. Our NC Break The Mold workshop has an attendee limit of 20 people with the average attendance being 15 students per workshop. This small class size allows for maximum hands on training and room for one-on-one learning.

What items do I need to bring with me?
The main items that you need to have for this workshop is a DSLR camera, pen & paper or iPad/Computer for notes, and an eagerness to learn.

Do you offer workshops in places other than North Carolina?
We normally only host our Break the Mold workshop at our studio in Landis, North Carolina; however, we do occasionally host the workshop at other studios around the United States. If you are interested in hosting a Break The Mold workshop. please contact us for details.

How do I register?
If you would like to register for any Break the Mold workshop, please click on the "WORKSHOPS" menu item above to see upcoming workshops. From there, you can purchase your registration.

Is your workshop just for professionals?
While the workshop is geared toward photographers currently pursuing photography as a career, we do allow newcomers to the industry. We make sure to break down all the concepts of our business so that you can take away the most from the workshop.

What if the workshop doesn't fill up?  While most of our workshops do fill up, in the event the minimum number of registrants isn't achieved, we will postpone the workshop for an undisclosed number of days or we will cancel the event. If the event is moved or cancelled, you will either receive a full refund or we will transfer your registration to the new date.

What is your cancellation policy?
In the unexpected event that you cannot attend Break the Mold, a refund may be optional. Cancellations made at least 4 weeks prior to the registered workshop date can result in either: 1) one time transfer of your registration to the next available Break the Mold workshop or 2) a full refund of the registration amount. Cancellations made within 4 weeks prior to the workshop may result in either: 1) moving your registration to the next available Break the Mold workshop or 2) a refund of $350. (A $200 charge is retained to cover workshop materials.) If a registration has previously been transferred to a second workshop date and you wish to cancel your registration, the registration cannot be transferred to another workshop date and the registration is no longer refundable.In the unlikely event that a Break the Mold workshop is postponed or cancelled, 1) your registration will be moved to the rescheduled date or 2) a full refund will be issued.

PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Are all items available?
The item availability is listed in the product details page. All products, colors and sizes available wil be shown, if applicable, and available to add to the shopping cart. Products that are unavailable will be grayed out. Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain product. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Does the LR-02 come in any color other than red?
The LR-02, as of now, is only available in a powder coated red. However, you can very easily paint the LR-02 yourself using a black spray paint. We would love to offer a black, white or other color LR-02 but painting the Rover would increase the price overall, which is something we don't want to do. The LR-02 has revolutionized the way we photograph and our goal is to get this product into the hands of photographers without it costing an arm and a leg. Any other color would unfortunately raise the price of the LR-02 up too high for all photographers to be able to enjoy it.

When I received my LR-02, there were some scratches in the paint. Did I receive a used LR-02?
We inspect each and every new LR-02s before they are shipped from our studio. We securely package each LR-02 by hand to ensure that the product reaches your safely and in tact; however, we cannot be responsible for any cosmetic damage that may occur during the shipping process. Shipping companies sometimes like to be a little rough with packages and because of that, the LR-02 may come loose and chip some paint here and there. We are terribly sorry for any dissatisfaction you may have with the cosmetic appearance of your LR-02 but a little touch up paint goes a long way. If you'd like to prevent any future paint chipping, we recommend powder coating your LR-02. We would love to offer powder coating on all our LR-02s but since lightly chipping paint doesn't directly affect the functionality of the LR-02, we prefer to keep the costs low so everyone can enjoy this awesome product.

How do I shop on the store?
Once you're finished shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items that you have added to your shopping cart by clicking the "View Cart" button in the upper right hand corner of any page. Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping cart, click on the “checkout” button in your shopping cart. You will then be directed to the checkout screen where you can pay for your items via credit or debit card.

Which payment options do you accept?
Blair Phillips Workshop accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.

When will my order ship?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 11 AM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1-2 business day pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 11 AM EST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 11 AM EST will begin processing on the following Monday.

Blair Phillips Photography will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. We do not offer Saturday delivery.

What are your return policies?
